Senior Marketing Category Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the long-term category vision and growth strategy across the Americas for the Adhesive Technologies business unit
• Drive portfolio strategy and prioritization to shape investment decisions and long-term revenue growth
• Define and drive the innovation pipeline and roadmap in partnership with product development leaders
• Identify whitespace opportunities using market, competitive, and customer insights
• Own category performance diagnostics and translate insights into strategic growth recommendations
• Partner with regional teams to align SBU strategy with channel and customer plans
• Collaborate with Brand, Sales, and Product Line Management teams to accelerate speed-to-market

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Marketing
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in category strategy, portfolio management, or product management
• Strong influencing skills within a matrixed, cross-functional environment
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and lead without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications

• Marketing experience within the building materials industry
• Experience working across multiple geographic regions or international markets
