Senior Marketing Artist

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality static and video advertisements for Zynga's global game portfolio
• Contribute to a high-volume pipeline of User Acquisition (UA), App Store, brand marketing, and live-ops assets
• Collaborate with Art Leads, Art Directors, and Producers to create content that meets campaign goals and KPIs
• Participate in creative brainstorming, design retrospectives, and constructive feedback sessions
• Research and explore new avenues of UA performance to improve creative strategy
• Develop and contribute to new production pipelines based on industry learnings
• Mentor and guide junior designers through expert knowledge of creative software

Requirements

• 8-9 years of professional experience developing and executing video and static creative
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere
• Thorough understanding of Trapcode suite, Red Giant Plugins, Element 3D, and Optical Flares
• Strong command of design and animation principles
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and quick turnarounds
• Solid understanding of User Acquisition marketing and mobile marketing trends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with User Acquisition data analysis and creative strategy
• Knowledge of 3D software such as Blender, Unreal Engine, or Unity
• Background in concept art, fine art, or 3D modeling
