About the role

Responsibilities

  • Analyze correlations between business results and marketing initiatives
  • Define KPIs and benchmarking methodologies to evaluate marketing performance
  • Translate business challenges into actionable analytical projects
  • Provide cross-channel insights and recommendations to drive strategic changes
  • Develop marketing experiments to measure the impact of paid media and creator campaigns
  • Utilize data from Adobe Analytics, Gamesight, Salesforce, and Datorama
  • Collaborate with data science teams to implement predictive analytics
  • Support budget planning to determine optimal campaign spend

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of proven experience in data analysis
  • Minimum 3 years specifically in paid media and marketing analytics
  • Proficiency in SQL, R, or Python
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau
  • Knowledge of paid media measurement options such as CAPI and control sampling
  • Experience with statistical methods including regression and hypothesis testing
