Responsibilities

• Conduct data-driven analysis to gain actionable insights regarding acquisition, retention, and LTV for key clients
• Monitor, optimize, and report on marketing and growth metrics and split-test results
• Make recommendations based on analytics and test findings
• Work with data engineering to develop and implement new analytical tools and improve data infrastructure
• Analyze, forecast, and build custom reports to make KPIs available to the entire company
• Manage ad-hoc reporting requests and prioritize delivery to meet stakeholder needs
• Act as an individual contributor while leading a team of 3-5 analysts

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field
• Ability to lead and manage a small team of analysts
