Responsibilities

• Create and cultivate deep business relationships with major producers, creators, venues, and key stakeholders in the entertainment industry
• Develop and deliver a growth strategy for the market to scale Fever's presence in the region
• Manage commercial strategy with large partners to ensure mutual value creation
• Balance and grow a large base of clients using strong organizational skills
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver partner growth in Qatar and internationally
• Act as a subject matter expert on trending entertainment and lifestyle experiences

Requirements

• 3+ years of top-tier consulting or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in relevant sectors such as tech, corporate management, sports, music, or arts
• Proven track record of sales success in a quota-carrying role
• Strong business development and partnership management skills
• Self-starter mentality suitable for a dynamic startup environment
• Data-driven approach to business and task prioritization
• Fluency in English and Portuguese
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Sales CRM (Salesforce preferred)
• Knowledge of local entertainment, events, and lifestyle trends
