Responsibilities

• Create and cultivate deep business relationships with producers, creators, venues, and key stakeholders
• Develop and deliver a growth strategy for the market to scale Fever's presence in the region
• Manage commercial strategy with large partners to ensure value creation and sustainable partnerships
• Balance and grow a large base of clients using strong organizational skills
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver partner growth in the Czech Republic and internationally
• Act as an expert on new and trending entertainment experiences

Requirements

• 4+ years of top-tier consulting or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in relevant sectors (corporate management, tech, sport, music, or arts)
• Strong business development and partnership management skills
• Self-starter mentality suitable for a dynamic start-up environment
• Data-driven approach to business and task prioritization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Native level of Czech and professional proficiency in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Sales CRM (Sugar CRM preferred)
• Knowledge of local entertainment, events, and lifestyle trends
