Responsibilities
- Build, manage and expand partner relationships within your territory to surpass quarterly sales targets
- Conduct high-stakes prospecting and executive pitch meetings with senior partner stakeholders
- Implement strategies for effective pipeline and conversion management of hotel partners
- Prospect and onboard new, high-quality supply within your assigned geography
- Leverage data to identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, communications, public policy, legal, tax and customer support teams
- Represent Airbnb in external meetings and at industry conferences
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in new sales, business acquisition, account management, or partner support
- Proven track record of managing a leads pipeline and a book of business
- Proficient quantitative skills with the ability to interpret and apply data
- Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels in ambiguous environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for phone, email, and in-person interaction
- Highly proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Fluency in English

- 3+ years of technology or travel industry experience
- Experience being an Airbnb host
