Senior Market Manager - Community Marketing

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies to maximize market penetration.
• Lead market selection, local activation, and the organization of localized community events.
• Create and execute localized partnerships and omnichannel strategies using a 360-degree approach.
• Manage community engagement, including communications, influencer strategies, and local social media plans.
• Drive cross-departmental initiatives, linking marketing efforts with government relations and network delivery.
• Develop and optimize the end-to-end integrated customer journey for community-based acquisition and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in sales channel management or strategic marketing.
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of the Quebec and Ontario markets, including commercial and cultural specificities.
• Proven experience in partnership management and multi-channel marketing.
• Strong skills in sales analysis, financial modeling, and profitability analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder influence skills.

• Bilingualism in English and French.
