About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead net-new host and listing acquisition in assigned markets to meet quarterly supply goals
- Prospect high-quality homes through research and partnerships with luxury real estate professionals
- Manage a portfolio of Luxe hosts as their primary point of contact and advisor
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide data-driven optimization recommendations
- Own new market launches end-to-end, including recruitment and performance monitoring
- Act as a liaison between hosts and internal teams for escalated issues and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or strategic partnerships
- Experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or real estate
- Proven track record of hitting acquisition or revenue targets
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management
- Ability to travel up to 50% across LATAM
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of luxury real estate and the travel landscape
- Strong executive presence and negotiation skills
- Ability to operate with ambiguity in an evolving environment
