Senior Market Access Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive market access and pricing strategies aligned with business objectives and brand plans.
• Lead the HTA excellence process for Ireland, including the delivery of NCPE requirements, rapid review dossiers, and Budget Impact Models.
• Develop cost-utility and cost-effectiveness models to support value arguments.
• Represent the company in high-stakes price negotiation meetings to secure favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, and global pricing teams to integrate access strategies.
• Engage with external stakeholders, including NCPE, CPU, KOLs, and private insurers, to advocate for favorable policies.
• Conduct market analysis to identify potential opportunities and threats within the healthcare landscape.

Requirements

• Post Graduate qualification in Health Economics or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in market access with a track record of strategic planning and execution.
• Direct experience managing HTA submissions within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in developing cost-utility analysis and budget impact models.
• Deep understanding of the Irish Healthcare landscape and national funding pathways.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional project teams and communicate complex scientific information.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience specifically managing HTA submissions within the Irish market.
• Experience managing external vendors and suppliers.
• Proven track record of upskilling internal colleagues in market access topics.
