Senior Manufacturing Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in manufacturing processes and equipment promptly
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements and optimize manufacturing workflows
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all manufacturing activities
• Document maintenance activities, process changes, and technical issues accurately for continuous improvement and audit purposes

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in manufacturing technician roles with strong hands-on technical skills
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and techniques for mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience working with manufacturing process controls and quality assurance standards
• Familiarity with safety regulations and ability to enforce compliance in a manufacturing environment
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, or protected status) due to export control laws

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in manufacturing technology or a related field
• Experience in aerospace manufacturing or a highly regulated manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
