Senior Manufacturing Technician

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee manufacturing processes including assembly, testing, and quality control
• Troubleshoot technical issues during manufacturing operations to minimize downtime
• Implement rigorous quality assurance measures to meet strict standards and regulatory requirements
• Identify and implement process optimizations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior manufacturing technicians

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing technician role
• Proven expertise in manufacturing, assembly, equipment operation, and quality control
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and process improvement
• Strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be a US citizen, lawful permanent resident, or asylee/refugee due to export control regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the firearms or safety-critical industry
