About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee manufacturing processes including assembly, testing, and quality control
- Troubleshoot technical issues during manufacturing operations to minimize downtime
- Implement rigorous quality assurance measures to meet strict standards and regulatory requirements
- Identify and implement process optimizations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior manufacturing technicians
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing technician role
- Proven expertise in manufacturing, assembly, equipment operation, and quality control
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and process improvement
- Strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be a US citizen, lawful permanent resident, or asylee/refugee due to export control regulations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the firearms or safety-critical industry
