Senior Manufacturing Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Drive a world-class safety culture into daily manufacturing operations
• Lead quality continuous improvement efforts and implement Lean principles
• Manage production supervisors and team members with clearly defined roles
• Collaborate with the planning organization to drive customer-first metrics
• Manage the Operating Expense budget for the team and work group
• Lead cross-functional teams and programs to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of manufacturing experience OR High School diploma/GED and 9 years of manufacturing experience
• 3 years of combined supervisory or leadership experience
• Experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
• Ability to work on-site in Guin, AL

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing Lean Manufacturing principles
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to develop people and build a culture of trust and cooperation
