Senior Manufacturing Process Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment for product packaging
• Maintain machine uptime by performing fault clearing and resolving stoppages on automated lines
• Perform routine manufacturing operations including dispensing raw materials, material reconciliation, and line clearance
• Use Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) to identify alarms and correct line stoppages
• Conduct equipment inspections and generate work orders in the Maximo system
• Utilize computer systems such as SAP for material inventory and electronic batch records
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and follow standardized operating procedures
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and troubleshoot mechanical errors

Requirements

• High school diploma with 2 years of technical experience in Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, or Packaging environments
• OR an Associate's degree with 6 months of technical experience in Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, or Packaging environments
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Ability to follow written procedures and maintain accurate documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational background in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering Technology or Industrial Mechanics
• Experience working with highly automated equipment and Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs)
• Experience in a regulated Biotech or Medical Device manufacturing environment
• Proficiency using SAP transactions and electronic batch records
• Ability to diagnose malfunctions and perform complex equipment setup
