Senior Manufacturing Operations Trainer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-driven training strategies aligned with manufacturing operational goals
• Analyze training effectiveness using learning analytics, performance metrics, and operational KPIs
• Design, develop, and facilitate instructor-led, virtual, blended, and digital learning programs
• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) including curriculum and compliance tracking
• Lead Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) governance and training deployment
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Quality leaders to identify and bridge skill gaps
• Support new product introduction (NPI) and digital transformation through effective training
• Facilitate Train-the-Trainer programs and mentor trainers

Requirements

• Diploma in engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Education, or HR Development
• 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing operations, technical training, or L&D
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and workforce competency management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
• Experience with SOP management and document control

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification in Instructional Design, Lean Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools and learning analytics dashboards
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or Project Management
• Experience supporting Industry 4.0 or Smart Manufacturing initiatives
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or ERP systems
