Senior Manufacturing Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing strategy and execution related to customer fulfillment, budget, resource utilization, and on-time delivery
• Oversee facilities, maintenance, and manufacturing operations across multiple value streams and plants
• Provide leadership and direction to manufacturing leaders to ensure facilities operate within budget and meet key operational metrics
• Foster a strong safety culture and a work environment that develops all team members
• Utilize a multi-disciplinary approach to problem-solving to motivate teams toward common goals

Requirements

• 8 years of operations leadership experience
• 10 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Strong experience in strategic management, planning, and execution
• Proven track record of attracting, retaining, and developing talent through personalized development plans
• Strong balance of analytical skills and action orientation to drive results
• Excellent communication, executive presentation, and collaborative leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
• Knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet, NPV/ROI, and cost accounting principles
• Experience working in a regulated business environment (e.g., Aerospace, Medical, or Food Industry)
• Experience with AS9100 or ISO9001 Quality Management Systems
• Six Sigma Green Belt qualification
