About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing strategy and execution related to customer fulfillment, budget, resource utilization, and on-time delivery
- Oversee facilities, maintenance, and manufacturing operations across multiple value streams and plants
- Provide leadership and direction to manufacturing leaders to ensure facilities operate within budget and meet key operational metrics
- Foster a strong safety culture and a work environment that develops all team members
- Utilize a multi-disciplinary approach to problem-solving to motivate teams toward common goals
Requirements
- 8 years of operations leadership experience
- 10 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Strong experience in strategic management, planning, and execution
- Proven track record of attracting, retaining, and developing talent through personalized development plans
- Strong balance of analytical skills and action orientation to drive results
- Excellent communication, executive presentation, and collaborative leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
- Knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet, NPV/ROI, and cost accounting principles
- Experience working in a regulated business environment (e.g., Aerospace, Medical, or Food Industry)
- Experience with AS9100 or ISO9001 Quality Management Systems
- Six Sigma Green Belt qualification
