Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead complex group work sessions using advanced Lean principles and tools to implement the Boeing Production System.
• Provide expertise to resolve manufacturing constraints and ensure issues are addressed by the responsible support organizations.
• Utilize tracking systems to document, communicate, and mitigate manufacturing barriers to enhance performance.
• Conduct process assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk.
• Analyze and interpret data to provide root cause corrective actions and identify systemic issues.
• Coordinate multi-function group meetings and develop strategies, plans, and metrics to achieve business objectives.
• Develop innovative solutions to problems of unusual complexity and unique manufacturing challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting data and recommendations to management.
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing.
• 5+ years of experience using LEAN manufacturing and/or continuous improvement practices.
• 5+ years of experience with Project Management.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and/or Boeing Production Systems (BPS).
• Experience in the Aerospace & Defense Industry and/or the military.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
