Senior Manufacturing Manager

Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize manufacturing operations for new and existing medical device products.
• Ensure products are manufactured within specifications following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Guarantee compliance with NOM-241-SSA1, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and other regulatory requirements.
• Lead production, packaging, and process operations to achieve quality, efficiency, and cost targets.
• Optimize plant investments, operating budgets, and inventory strategies.
• Serve as the company’s legal representative before governmental authorities.
• Lead and develop the Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Process Engineering teams.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and strict adherence to EHS standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (physical-mathematical, biological, chemical), QFB (Pharmaceutical Biologist Chemist), or Business Administration.
• 5–10 years of experience in operations leadership or manufacturing management.
• Proven experience in the medical device or a highly regulated industry.
• Strong knowledge of NOM-241-SSA1, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485 standards.
• Proficiency in financial and budget management.
• Advanced English proficiency and strong communication skills.
