Senior Manufacturing Manager Global MS&T

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance for upstream/downstream processing activities across the manufacturing network
• Act as the primary point of contact for external partners and CDMOs to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Lead harmonization and standardization efforts for processes across multiple manufacturing sites
• Monitor manufacturing performance data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
• Drive technical life cycle management from late-stage development through commercialization and post-approval changes

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in upstream/downstream processing technologies
• Proven experience with Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADC)
• Technical expertise in chromatography, filtration, cell banks, and bioreactors
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with external partners
• Strong analytical and communication skills
