Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing and production optimization initiatives from early-stage development through mass production
• Build and maintain relationships between technical teams, contract manufacturing partners, and business owners
• Analyze production processes, schedules, and methods to provide improvement recommendations
• Review and calculate labor, material, and production costs to identify cost reduction areas
• Manage quality control processes and identify areas for improvement
• Act as a liaison to vendors and technical teams to deliver products on time and within budget
• Coordinate production readiness with engineering, operations, and internal/external teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field
• 7+ years of experience in product development or manufacturing for consumer electronics
• Experience leading overseas manufacturing partners through development builds and new product stages
• Deep understanding of manufacturing methodologies for consumer electronic devices
• Proficiency with MS Office, Confluence, and Jira
• Ability to manage development schedules, production planning, and materials readiness
• Willingness to travel internationally (estimated 15-20%)
