Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day reliability test production activities, including scheduling, workflows, capacity planning, and WIP inventory accuracy.
• Ensure efficient production operations by supervising staff, providing guidance, and fostering optimal performance.
• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations and timely product delivery.
• Lead process improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and enhance productivity.
• Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and equipment to identify and implement efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a manufacturing engineering or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing principles, practices, and standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in an engineering discipline.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
