Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define manufacturing processes, equipment functions, and technical specifications to meet production needs.
• Establish electrical, automatic, and automation guidelines using LADM and lean manufacturing principles.
• Manage supplier relationships, including mapping potential vendors, controlling cost structures, and managing performance.
• Lead Smart Factory initiatives by implementing Advanced Robotics, IIOT, Analytics, and EcoStruxure solutions.
• Oversee equipment realization and qualification, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet official standards.
• Support plant productivity by reducing line breakdowns, increasing capacity, and driving technical innovation.
• Ensure seamless automation and connectivity across Edge control, MES, LDS, and Analytics platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a major in Surface Treatment Technology.
• At least 10 years of experience in metallic part surface treatment or heat treatment.
• Proven experience in metallic forming processes such as stamping, sheet metal, or cold-forging.
• Proficiency in PLC/HMI programming, Motion control, and Robotic programming.
• Technical expertise in Ethernet TCP/IP, RS232/485, LabView, and Vision control.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical structures and components.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
