Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead complex manufacturing initiatives and drive process optimization for new and existing aerospace products
• Serve as a technical expert in manufacturing processes, automation, tooling, and continuous improvement
• Support production operations and collaborate cross-functionally to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost
• Manage complex projects and implement root cause analysis to solve technical challenges

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related discipline
• Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools
• Proficiency with CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, or equivalent
• Solid understanding of GD&T, PFMEA, root cause tools, and process validation
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, or protected status) due to export control laws

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or highly regulated manufacturing environments
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with automation systems, robotics, or advanced manufacturing technologies
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Prior experience mentoring engineers or leading technical teams
