Responsibilities

• Design and implement rate-based assembly processes for in-house capacitors
• Own and manage interdisciplinary projects to increase capacitor line throughput, including floor layout, tooling, and build cells
• Develop business processes such as non-conformance management, process control, and asset maintenance
• Gather and analyze data on labor hours, cycle times, and fallout to identify and resolve production bottlenecks
• Identify high-ROI capital equipment and software capabilities to improve manufacturing processes
• Collaborate on future process development while supporting current production output

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical work experience in production system development and improvement
• Hands-on engineering or manufacturing experience in rate-based and high-volume manufacturing
• Proven ability to communicate with and influence partners across organizational lines
• Experience in cradle-to-grave ownership of complex engineering or production scopes
