Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve issues related to the manufacturing and assembly of complex electro-mechanical systems
• Design and implement effective fixtures and workstations to optimize workflow and quality
• Analyze existing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste in low to medium scale operations
• Develop and manage processes around Bill of Materials (BOM), inventory management, and quality control
• Develop and manage clear, concise, and up-to-date assembly work instructions

Requirements

• 4+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably with electro-mechanical assembly or in an R&D environment
• Proficiency in CAD software, preferably Solidworks
• Experience leading project execution in cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related major

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for lean manufacturing and experience implementing lean process flows
• Experience working with electrochemical devices
