Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure manufacturing processes meet quality, yield, operating cost, and efficiency targets to provide products to customers on time.
• Maintain strict compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FDA, OSHA, OFCCP, and EPA.
• Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety SOPs, equipment policies, and process-specific requirements.
• Perform analytical reviews and implement corrective actions for any exception conditions.
• Identify and execute process improvements to address quality and performance issues, focusing on DPM, conversion loss, SPC, CIPM, FMEA, and digitization.
• Support maintenance activities and maintain accurate departmental documentation and Standard Local Operating Procedures.
• Contribute to plant-wide strategic plan programs and activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven ability to interpret and analyze statistical data, information, and financial reports.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to interface with internal and external technical experts.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within a large manufacturing plant setting.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (FDA, OSHA, EPA).
• Proficiency with tools such as FMEA and SPC.
