Senior Manager/Manager, Global Logistics, Inbound

Responsibilities

• Design an integrated logistics model that optimizes sea freight, shipping, and delivery processes
• Lead the day-to-day functions of the inbound department to support corporate objectives
• Manage global ocean freight operations, including carrier management and capacity planning
• Execute best-in-class sea freight and shipping setups to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Mitigate operational risks and minimize potential disruptions to the business
• Manage departmental administration to ensure optimal daily business operations

Requirements

• Proven experience managing global ocean freight operations and origin execution across key trade lanes
• Deep understanding of international shipping markets, INCOTERMS, ocean contracts, and customs regulations
• Expertise in carrier negotiations, rate benchmarking, and service performance management
• Proficiency in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and global visibility platforms
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
