Senior Manager/Manager - Functional Subject Matter (Core Banking)

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on core banking and mobile banking transformations
• Assess and transform enterprise technology architecture, including applications, integration, data, and security
• Act as the architecture lead on large-scale, complex IT transformation programs
• Work with senior leadership to align IT strategy with business goals to deliver greater value
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and professional networks
• Guide and motivate project teams to improve business processes and operational effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
• Approximately 5 years of relevant work experience in technology initiatives management or implementation
• Strong functional knowledge of the Target Operating Model for banks
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into understandable solution architectures
• Detailed understanding of application and integration architectures
• Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration (MBA)
• Functional knowledge of IT Target Operating Models and ERP tools such as SAP or Oracle
• Working exposure to emerging technologies including Cloud, SaaS, PaaS, and Digital mobility
• Professional certifications such as Agile Scrum, PMP, TOGAF, or ITIL
