Senior Manager/Manager, Business Transformation & Operations

Responsibilities

• Act as an internal consultant embedded within specific business areas such as Product, Technology, or People & Culture to support growth and scale.
• Define and implement core operating structures and target operating models in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Design decision-making frameworks, references, and models to ensure consistent execution across the business.
• Engineer efficient business processes to optimize throughput and ensure frictionless operations.
• Introduce and evolve world-class capabilities and tools to unlock impactful opportunities and drive scalability.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or a related field; an MBA is considered an asset.
• Proven experience leading business operations, process improvement, or organizational design initiatives.
• Strong ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
• A commitment to quality and delivering results that add tangible value to the business.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a consulting role.
• Experience working within a high-performance, fast-scaling corporate environment.
