Responsibilities

• Develop tailored logistics solutions for strategic accounts and map efficient vendors
• Create operational frameworks for seamless cross-utilization of the vendor network
• Design and present customized commercial proposals and competitive pricing models
• Conduct on-ground due diligence to assess vendor readiness and infrastructure
• Lead the hypercare phase during new client onboarding to ensure seamless transitions
• Establish feedback mechanisms and leverage data analytics to optimize vendor performance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline
• 8–10 years of experience in logistics, network solutioning, or supply chain operations
• At least 3 years in a managerial capacity
• Expertise in vendor mapping, solution design, and commercial negotiations
• Strong financial acumen including cost modeling and P&L management
• Experience in hyperlocal delivery or last-mile logistics is highly desirable
