Senior Manager/Director | Retail Consultancy & Services

Responsibilities

• Prepare strategic positioning studies, tenant mix plans, and asset enhancement recommendations
• Lead execution of approved strategies including tenant mix rollout and lease-up phasing
• Develop long-term client partnerships with developers, REITs, and institutional landlords
• Drive proactive outreach to targeted retailers, F&B groups, and lifestyle brands
• Manage the full cycle of retail transactions including prospecting, negotiation, and closing
• Monitor retail market trends and prepare financial models and client presentations
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate across service lines

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years experience in the Retail real estate industry
• Valid EAA license holder
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA degree
• Experience supporting or executing strategic retail consultancy work
