Senior Manager/Director - OSAT Supplier Management

Responsibilities

• Secure supply and source competitively to support profitable growth and contribute to top and bottom-line results
• Act as the primary interface to OSATs (Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Lead major global negotiations and manage complex contracting processes
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Business Divisions and the OSAT Segment, to define and monitor procurement KPIs
• Apply advanced procurement methods such as cost modeling, benchmarking, and monetized TCO (Total Cost of Ownership)
• Utilize market intelligence to build resilient supply chains and manage supply crises or recovery efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering, Physics, Business & Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Quality Engineering
• 10-15 years of relevant professional experience
• At least 5 years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain management involving significant spend or scope
• Proven experience working with OSATs, Assembly, Test, and BE manufacturing processes
• Strong experience in contract management and contract process ownership
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as Mandarin are a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally between 25-50%
