Responsibilities
- Drive strategic account growth and enterprise client acquisition
- Manage large-scale office leasing transactions for corporate occupiers across India
- Build and maintain executive relationships with CXOs and key decision makers
- Originate mandates and deliver transaction advisory solutions
- Provide market intelligence and thought leadership
- Ensure pan-India connectivity with clients across all major cities
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in Occupier Services, Tenant Representation, Corporate Leasing, Strategic Account Management, or Corporate Real Estate Advisory
- Proven track record of securing and driving client relations with large multinationals
- Strong understanding of India's office occupier market and enterprise real estate strategies
