Senior Manager/AVP (Finance & Accounts)

Responsibilities

• Forecast monthly and quarterly profit/loss and conduct monthly analysis
• Prepare monthly budgets and monitor company financial position
• Automate reporting systems for accounting and finance departments
• Establish financial operations and guidelines for all company departments
• Identify system inefficiencies and devise cost-reduction strategies
• Coordinate and manage investment plans
• Ensure adherence to tax laws, industry regulations, and accounting compliance
• Supervise teams across accounts, compliance, and HR
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure data accuracy in reports
• Close books and sign off on quarterly and yearly financials
• Liaise with CRM and Sales teams for customer management

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
• 7 to 10 years of relevant post-CA experience
• Expertise in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Proficiency in accounting principles and financial statement preparation
• Experience in cost management, taxation, and tax compliance
• Skilled in cash flow management and working capital optimization
• Ability to manage and lead teams effectively
