Senior Manager/Associate Director, Strategic Finance

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic planning and operational decision-making
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate the financial feasibility of key initiatives, including market expansion, product development, and M&A
• Analyse business performance to identify drivers and surface actionable insights that enable profitable growth
• Evaluate capital deployment across teams and support investment decisions aligned with long-term strategic goals
• Shape the company’s financial narrative for investor updates, board presentations, and internal leadership reviews
• Support capital markets readiness by building financial scenarios and preparing for potential fundraising or strategic transactions
• Improve internal finance processes, reporting, and tools to enhance transparency and execution discipline

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
• Minimum 6 years of experience in strategic finance, management consulting, investment banking, or revenue strategy
• Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills for strategic and operational decision-making
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to distill complex problems into actionable recommendations
• Excellent communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to take ownership and drive end-to-end execution in ambiguous environments
• Strong commercial judgment and a clear understanding of business scaling

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-growth environments, ideally within the technology sector
• Background in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity firms
• Familiarity with SQL, business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau), and working with large, complex datasets
