Senior Manager/Associate Director | Office Services (Leasing)

Responsibilities

• Proactively initiate business development activities through direct contact, cold calling, and external platforms
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key clients
• Create relevant marketing materials, client lists, and proposals
• Generate market intelligence and maintain an accurate client database
• Manage transactions and coordinate with internal and external parties to complete property deals
• Provide high-quality pre-sale and post-sale services to clients
• Support strategic business initiatives and ensure individual revenue budgets are met

Requirements

• University degree in Real Estate or related disciplines
• 6+ years of experience in Office or Commercial leasing
• Broad understanding of the commercial market
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in developing talent and teamwork
• Strong business English proficiency
• Cantonese or Mandarin speaking ability is a competitive asset
