Senior Manager/Associate Director, Access Marketing

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of pre-launch and post-launch market access strategy and tactical plans
• Lead the development and evolution of a strong product value proposition for payers and channel customers
• Lead the development of patient- and office-facing materials to support patient access
• Develop and gain approvals for access marketing tactics and materials through internal review processes
• Collaborate with medical affairs and HEOR/RWE to inform real-world evidence generation plans
• Act as a liaison for the field account team to ensure field insights refine strategic considerations
• Coordinate and contribute to payer market research efforts such as advisory boards and in-depth interviews
• Build cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders and external payers or KOLs
• Recruit, lead, and develop direct reports in accordance with company policies

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred
• 3+ years (Senior Manager) or 5+ years (Associate Director) of pharma or biotech experience
• 3+ years of related market access or marketing experience
• Strong understanding of US payer and channel market dynamics
• Experience taking resources through internal PRC review processes
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under timelines and budget

Preferred Qualifications

• US market access launch experience with pharmacy benefit products
