Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow trusted relationships with key lender clients, serving as a strategic advisor.
• Own the end-to-end account lifecycle, driving repeat business and minimizing churn.
• Proactively cross-sell and upsell solutions across the existing portfolio to defend and grow revenue.
• Partner with CXOs, Finance Heads, Risk Managers, and Product Managers to unlock new business opportunities.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal tech/operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and issue resolution.
• Translate client feedback into actionable insights to influence product and process enhancements.
• Monitor client health metrics and prepare regular reports on account performance and growth forecasts.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in Business Development or Enterprise Account Management.
• Strong track record in managing B2B client relationships and driving account growth.
• Demonstrated success in strategic sales and stakeholder management with banks, NBFCs, or fintechs.
• Proven ability to independently manage high-value relationships with CXO-level stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Results-oriented approach with a high sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to platform sales, enterprise SaaS, payments, or lending.
• MBA/PGDM from a reputed institution.
