Senior Manager - Workplace Services

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, facilities, and workplace experience at the New York headquarters
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, providing coaching and performance feedback
• Oversee vendor management, including selection, performance reviews, and contract negotiation
• Own facility operations including health & safety, maintenance, cleaning, catering, and space management
• Manage complex projects such as office moves, renovations, and workplace refreshes
• Serve as site lead for incident response and emergency management
• Drive ESG goals and sustainable workplace practices
• Partner with senior leadership to translate business needs into actionable space and service solutions

Requirements

• 6–8 years of direct experience in workplace or facilities management
• 2+ years of team leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field
• Proven record of managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
• Advanced knowledge of vendor contracts and H&S compliance
• Experience with workplace systems like CAFM or IWMS
