Senior Manager, Workplace Services

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Workplace Services functions including EHS, workplace operations, and real estate strategy
• Manage a team of workplace services professionals providing coaching and performance management
• Develop and execute workplace services strategy aligned with company growth and financial goals
• Implement enterprise-wide EHS programs in compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Cal/OSHA
• Oversee physical security programs, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance
• Manage corporate real estate portfolio, including lease lifecycle and space utilization
• Oversee workplace services budgets, vendor spend, and procurement processes
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and Engineering to support business continuity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, EHS, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or Business Administration
• 10-15+ years of experience in EHS, workplace operations, or corporate real estate
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulations (OSHA, EPA, Cal/OSHA)
• Experience managing corporate real estate portfolios and lease agreements
• Proven track record in vendor and facilities management
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field
• Professional certifications such as CSP, NEBOSH, IFMA, or LEED
• Experience in aviation, R&D, manufacturing, or high-tech environments
