Senior Manager, Workplace Operations

Responsibilities

• Own global vendor strategy, including sourcing, RFPs, contract negotiations, and SLAs
• Build and evolve Workplace's operational framework, including scalable playbooks and SOPs
• Manage the Workplace operational budget in partnership with Finance
• Lead and develop a distributed onsite Workplace team across multiple locations
• Collaborate on safety and security programs, including emergency preparedness and incident response
• Oversee facilities maintenance programs and capital improvements
• Set and uphold operational standards for all Zip workplaces

Requirements

• Significant experience leading Workplace, Facilities, or Corporate Real Estate in high-growth organizations
• Proven success scaling workplace functions and managing distributed teams
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing operating budgets and contract governance
• Experience managing global or multi-country workplace operations
• Experience partnering on physical security programs and incident response
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling workplace operations across an international portfolio
• Experience supporting both office-based and distributed employees
• Experience implementing workplace technology platforms or process automation
• Familiarity with capital projects, office openings, or relocations
