Senior Manager, Workplace Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the NYHQ facility and provide direction to other US sites
• Maintain facilities contracts including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and janitorial
• Oversee NYHQ food and beverage program, including catering and pantry management
• Utilize systems like Jira to track requests and manage workflow
• Conduct physical inspections of the facility, grounds, and premises
• Lead strategic space planning, occupancy management, and workforce planning
• Support large-scale office moves and project management for workplace initiatives
• Drive cost optimization, budget development, and vendor invoice auditing
• Partner with IT, Security, and EHS functions to maintain standards
• Supervise direct reports including Office Managers and support staff

Requirements

• Skilled in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Proven experience in warehouse/office hybrid environments
• Experience developing site strategies within the US
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, and Slack
• Ability to manage budgets and lead teams
• Physically capable of bending, squatting, and lifting up to 25 pounds
• Ability to serve in an "on call" capacity for emergencies
• Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday at NYHQ
