About the role
Responsibilities
- Set and scale the global workplace experience strategy, including programming, activations, and service standards
- Lead employee experience initiatives from concept and planning through execution and measurement
- Partner with Real Estate, People, Internal Communications, and Global Operations to embed culture into office planning
- Manage vendors and external partners supporting workplace experience and service delivery
- Use engagement, occupancy, and spend data to identify trends and guide decisions
- Ensure offices are clean, functional, inclusive, and show-ready
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5-10+ years in workplace, hospitality, employee experience, events, or operations
- Experience in multi-site or global environments
- Proven ability to build scalable programs and drive cross-functional initiatives
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Experience sourcing, negotiating with, and managing service providers
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, Excel/Sheets, Jira, or similar tools
- Ability to work onsite 5 days a week and travel up to 30% internationally
