Senior Manager, Workforce Planning

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end workforce planning activities across assigned Functional Areas
• Manage development, tracking, and governance of workforce planning timelines and change management
• Manage end-to-end workforce planning data processes including collection, validation, and reporting
• Develop and maintain detailed volunteer headcount planning models
• Coordinate planning and forecasting of volunteer workforce requirements and deployment strategies
• Produce regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and analysis to support decision-making
• Manage design and development of workforce scheduling and rostering models
• Translate workforce plans into shift-based deployment models for cost optimization
• Maintain and improve workforce planning templates and data structures
• Manage engagement with Functional Areas to gather inputs and validate data
• Maintain accurate workforce data for areas such as Transport, Food & Beverage, and Event Management

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in workforce planning, operations, and integration
• Experience leading cross-functional workforce strategies for paid staff, volunteers, and contractors
• Strong background in workforce technology systems
• Demonstrated ability to execute large-scale workforce plans
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for large datasets and modeling
• Strong data-driven mindset and workforce analytics experience
• Bachelor's degree in HR, operations, business, or event management (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working on Olympic, Paralympic, or major global events
