Senior Manager, Web & Digital Experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for all company websites
• Drive continuous improvement in website performance, user experience, and conversion rates
• Lead conversion optimization efforts through testing and analysis
• Oversee SEO initiatives including technical, local, and content strategy
• Manage relationships with internal and external web development resources
• Establish reporting frameworks and monitor KPIs like traffic and lead quality
• Ensure website governance, consistency, and technical health across all properties

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in website management, digital experience, or growth marketing
• Experience managing multiple websites or digital properties
• Strong understanding of website analytics and conversion rate optimization
• Working knowledge of SEO best practices and website architecture
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, or developers
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
• Experience supporting multi-location businesses and local search strategies
