About the Company
Humanoid is on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. Their HMND-01 Alpha platform is already running in real industrial pilots, and they are expanding their team to push the frontiers of AI and robotics.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the global Supply Chain and Logistics strategy aligned with company goals
- Build the operating model, governance, KPIs, and cadence for warehouse, inventory, logistics, and planning
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of WILP managers across regional sites
- Build rigorous scheduling processes for make-to-order, assemble-to-order, and configure-to-order flows
- Manage the distribution network, including 3PL/4PL selection and management
- Oversee inventory management, reconciliation, audits, and stock level optimization
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and export standards
- Implement transportation management, route optimization, and consolidation rules
Requirements
- 10+ years of direct Warehouse, Inventory, Logistics & Planning experience
- Experience in manufacturing, robotics, technology, aero/defence, automotive, or FMCG
- Proven experience establishing or scaling direct WILP functions
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
- CIPS (MCIPS) Level 5 or equivalent; APICS CPIM is desirable
- Hands-on experience with ERP (e.g., SAP S4HANA), WMS, TMS, and analytics tools like Power BI
- Expertise in S&OP, master scheduling, MRP, and inventory optimization
- Strong understanding of Incoterms, global trade compliance, and export controls (including EAR)
- Proven leadership of multi-site or multi-region operations
