Responsibilities
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise prospects (2000+ employee organizations)
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to product demo, negotiation, and closure
- Engage with senior stakeholders including CFOs, HR Heads, and Procurement leaders
- Deliver consultative sales pitches focused on cost savings, compliance, and efficiency
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Implementation teams for solution alignment
- Execute regional go-to-market (GTM) strategies
- Maintain CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and reporting discipline
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and client meetings
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise/B2B sales
- Background in SaaS, Fintech, HCM, Payroll, or T&E solutions preferred
- Proven ability to close mid-to-large ticket deals (₹10L–₹25L ACV)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Understanding of enterprise workflows in finance, HR, and procurement
- Experience using CRM tools and MS Office
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to CXO-level stakeholders
- Exposure to travel, expense management, or finance automation solutions
- Ability to work independently with high ownership
- Strong problem-solving and consultative selling mindset
