Senior Manager, UX

Responsibilities

• Direct the design, strategy, and execution of user research studies to gain insight into user behaviors, needs, and preferences
• Provide analysis and actionable recommendations to design and development teams to support informed product decisions
• Oversee research requests and planning while defining appropriate methodologies
• Coordinate the efforts of the user experience research team
• Utilize both qualitative and quantitative research methods and analysis
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the UX function

Requirements

• Proven experience directing design and strategy for user research
• Ability to define and implement diverse research methodologies
• Experience coordinating and leading user experience research teams
• Proficiency in utilizing both qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Experience in evaluating and developing professional personnel
