Senior Manager, USCM Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-geographical Cash Management Operations teams in the US to ensure successful day-to-day task delivery and target operating model execution.
• Lead and drive a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank systems and knowledge.
• Ensure effective delivery of operations performance for Global Transaction Banking (GTB) Corporate and Commercial businesses by developing and measuring KPIs and SLAs.
• Identify and interpret operational and process risks, driving the creation of controls and increasing efficiency through automation and standardization.
• Execute governance frameworks and resiliency planning across hubs to minimize fragmentation and manual workarounds.
• Manage internal and external audit obligations, ensuring timely request turnarounds and mitigation of findings.
• Build a high-performance environment by implementing people strategies that attract, develop, and motivate team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 7 to 10 years of management experience in Transaction Banking products.
• Solid understanding of Corporate/Commercial Deposits and back-office operational processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with external clients and internal partners.
