Senior Manager, US Medical Affairs

Responsibilities

• Support execution of US Medical Affairs tactical plans for the DMD program
• Implement scientific platform materials, congress planning, and medical education initiatives
• Contribute to cross-functional launch readiness activities
• Develop and deploy DMD-focused scientific materials and field medical tools
• Partner with US MSL team for KOL identification, engagement, and insight gathering
• Translate field insights into actionable recommendations
• Provide Medical review for promotional materials through the PRC
• Coordinate logistics for US advisory boards and medical congresses
• Ensure compliance with US regulatory, legal, and compliance standards

Requirements

• Advanced scientific or clinical degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent)
• 7+ years of relevant Medical Affairs experience in pharma or biotech
• Experience supporting US-based medical tactics, congress activities, or field medical programs
• Strong scientific acumen and ability to translate clinical data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 25%, including occasional overnight and weekend travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Rare disease experience
• Neuromuscular disease experience
